Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Notabot handles personal information when you use our website, browser extension, accounts, billing, support, and related services (the “Service”). Third-party services have their own privacy practices.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Notabot, we may collect account and contact information; plan, payment, refund, and access status; preferences and instructions you provide; Service activity and diagnostics; device, browser, network, and analytics information; and information received from services involved in features you use. A payment processor handles full payment-card details, which Notabot does not store.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and manage the Service, process payments, communicate with you, provide support, secure the Service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and understand and improve reliability and usability. We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate Notabot and with retailers or other services needed to complete features you request. We may also disclose information to comply with law, prevent harm, enforce our Terms, protect rights and security, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Browser extension data
Retailer account information, your preferences, and optional third-party credentials may be stored locally in the extension instead of on Notabot’s servers. Your browser may send information directly to services involved in features you choose to use. Disconnecting, removing the extension, or clearing browser storage may remove locally stored information.
Our use and transfer of information received through browser extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and browser storage for account, security, and core Service functions, plus limited product analytics to improve the Service and prevent abuse. Blocking essential storage may prevent some features from working. Notabot does not track you across unrelated websites for advertising or allow third parties to do so through the Service. Browser advertising opt-out signals therefore do not change how the Service operates.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Some customer activity is ordinarily kept for 90 days. Information stored only in the extension remains until you disconnect, remove the extension, or clear browser storage.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can update settings, manage billing, disconnect the extension, or stop using the Service. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information and may appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity and retain information where required for security, financial, or legal purposes.

Children
Notabot is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes and contact
Notabot operates in the United States, and information may be processed there. We may update this policy and will post the new version with a revised date, along with additional notice when reasonably appropriate for a material change.
